responsible for process optimization and assist in quality assurance for fengxian plant

main responsibilities:

prepare laboratory sample to evaluate the process feasibility

第2篇 高级工艺工程师/工艺副经理sr.pe/asst.pemanager岗位职责职位要求

职责描述：

岗位职责：maintain and improve the process of mass production to meet quality， production efficiency， safety， cost and delivery target.

1、manage the product flow chart负责公司工艺制程，解决工艺异常，改善和提升工艺，提高效率和质量；

2、manage the dpu on process提升产品制程能力，工艺流程维护、优化及改进，不断提升制程直通率；

3、firefighting on line in time及时解决制程异常，改善对策并追踪关闭，推动工艺改善；

4、make sure the process is workable and effective ，mass production can run smoothly确保制程工艺是可行和有效的，批量生产可以顺利进行；

5、process improvement to improve the quality， efficiency and drive cost reduction改进工艺，提高质量，提高效率，降低成本；

6、process definition， improvement and failure analysis for product which introduce from npi to mp从npi到mp的产品过程定义、改进及失效分析

7、handle trouble-shooting of daily production process problem on time and down time reduction ， optimize and improve production process to improve efficiency独挡一面解决日常生产过程中的问题，及时减少停机时间，优化和改进生产过程，提高生产效率

8、other process job其他工艺项目工作。

岗位职责职位要求条件：

1、本科以上学历，理工类专业，bachelor degree;

2、8年以上电子制造工艺工作经验（有管理经验优先）， 熟悉pcba、smt制程工艺流程；at least 8 years work experience in manufacturing process-engineering field，familiar with pcba /smt process;

3、精通组装、插件工艺，能独立解决生产现场的工艺异常工作经验strong process engineering capability， good understanding of assemble，mi，mass production can run smoothly;

4、熟悉spc，doe，fmea，cpk等工具，熟悉电子元器件相关知识，具有电源类产品工作经验优先；familiar with spc，doe，fmea，cpk，and good electronic component - related knowledge，power work experience is preferred

5、良好的组织沟通协调能力，具有灵活应变能力，解决能力导向；good organizational communication and coordination skills， flexible adaptability and ability to solve problems;

6、良好的英语读写能力。good command of english both writing and reading.
