mqa engineer(制程品质工程师-工业连接器/线束方向) 莫仕连接器 莫仕连接器(成都)有限公司,莫仕连接器,莫仕连接器 job responsibilities:

1.monitor quality trend, collection and analysis data, lead and participate in product quality improvement activities.

2.handle customer complain based on the relevant procedure/specification and ensure 8d reports are submit to customer within the specified cycle time. follow up and ensure the preventive/ corrective actions implement well and drive reduction in customer complaints.

3.handle daily process quality issue in time. it includes failure analysis, take containment actions, dispose suspect parts. works with relevant department to take corrective and preventive action to reduce inner complain.

4.participation glss projects to improve quality performance and reduce the copq.

5.introduce appropriate spc tools/methodology and ensure that spc produces are effectively implemented;

6.to play aqp engineer role for spo type new product. create qualification plan, review the qualification reports, create the inspection criteria, conduct failure analysis, prepare / review and submit ppap to customer for approval.

7.establish and update the inspection documents. such as control plan, inspection plan , cosmetic criteria and so on.

8.conducted an effective process audit to preventive customer complaint and find the opportunities for improvement.

9.to take responsibility for qualification of new tooling, fixtures, process, transfer products and changes.

10.support or lead training to qc and technician and engineer for enhancing skill and ability.

11.lead the disposition for block stock to meet the goals.

job requirements:

1. be familiar with the manufacturing process, quality control, and industry standard for industry connector.

2. bachelor degree or equivalent in electronic and mechanical engineering

3. minimum 5 years’ experience as quality engineer in a manufacturing environment

4. good communication skill in engineer;

5. the knowledge of spc, 7qc tools and iso9001/ ts16949;

6. the skill of data analysis;

7. good english writing skill.
