第2篇 管理流程项目经理岗位职责
岗位职责:
1、建立项目流程和标准,制定工作规范和章程,组织员工培训和经验分享;
2、对公司项目集集中管控,其中包含进程管理、质量管理、风险管理、问题管理、资源池管理、绩效汇报等;从市场调研、项目立项、供方考察、供方确认、合同、项目研发、项目实施、项目上线、阶段性验收、阶段性付款、项目运维、产品更新迭代完整生命周期进行规范化管理;
3、部门日常事务性工作。
任职资格
1、具有五年以上独立负责跨多部门集成类大型项目管理经验;
2、练使用各种项目管理工具,文档能力强,独立做过项目建设指导手册、项目实施计划等项目初期建设文档;
3、执行能力强。善于归纳总结不间断优化改善计划,善于发现问题解决问题,推动团队效能不断提升;
4、正直、敬业、主动、积极、乐观,有较强的学习能力、沟通能力、团队协作能力和逻辑思维能力;具有吃苦耐劳精神,能承受较大工作压力;
5、本科学历以上,具备pmp相关资质证书者优先,pmo工作经验者优先。
