together with group team member to continuously improve and optimize dealers f&i business in order to achieve group’s overall f&i quantitative and qualitative target

main tasks

1.monitor dealer’s f&i performance on daily basis, drive work efforts to meet kpis set.

2.assist group f&i director in negotiating with external business partners in order to improve dealer’s cooperation condition and maximize f&i profit at dealership.

3.consolidate, analyse operational data to provide business report for managerial decision making.

4.assist group f&i director in optimizing f&i products and the working process and ensure the proper execution of group strategy at dealerships.

5.in collaboration with group training academy, to organize related f&i trainings to improve soft-skill of dealer’s sale force.

6.in collaboration with group’s audit and compliance department to monitor the operational risks and ensure deale's f&i operation is in compliance with local regulations and company’s inner policy.

7.handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

profile of requirements / personality requirements

education

•bachelors / master’s degree in finance and insurance, business management, economics.

•previous working experience in auto retail group, insurance company and bank is preferable.

soft skills / other requirements

•proficient in english and mandarin, both written and oral,

•proficiency with microsoft office suite (word, excel, access & powerpoint);

•quick learner, result driven and willing to take new challenges;

•willing to travel (up to 30%).

岗位职责:

1、与客户沟通介绍相关保险产品责任;

2、协助处理问题件照会等服务工作;

3、根据公司业务发展规划,督导、促进业务推动计划的实施,确保业务目标的实现;

4、维护渠道关系及驻点辅导支持,对渠道业务开展过程中的各类问题提供咨询及陪访支持;

5、负责服务渠道各阶段业务分析工作,及时发现问题并加以调整;

6、根据渠道的需求,组织并开展重点产品培训及沙龙活动的筹办;

7、负责配合公司培训计划,开展各类保险制式化培训工作;

8、负责保险业务相关辅销工具的管理及使用辅导工作;

9、负责业务管理工作中的日常事务及其他领导交办的工作。

岗位要求:

1、三年及以上保险业务推动工作经验,有保险专业中介工作经历者优先考虑;

2、具备一定的保险销售经验或培训经验,有团队管理经验者优先考虑;

3、熟悉当地保险市场,具有较好的产品分析能力;

4、本科及以上学历,保险、金融、法律、医学、税务、营销等专业优先考虑;

5、具备较好的沟通能力及表达能力,富于团队精神;

6、具备较强的学习能力,工作主动性强,富于进取精神。
