今年是我到三中的第十个年头，在这十年中，我目睹了学校的发展，也经历了自身的成长和教学理念的改变。经历了由传统教学到现代课堂教学的改革。这是一个探索而又不容易的过程。记得刚到三中时，大家都怕别人去听课，怕上公开课，对一些集体活动也不是那么有激情，当然这其中也包括我们英语组。但到现在，我们高中英语组的所有老师都不怕别人来听课。也不怕上公开课，甚至敢主动邀请学校领导去听课。学校有什么集体活动，都是积极配合。同行之间能够毫无保留地互相帮助。这样的局面确实让人欣喜，也让我感动。

我们教研组之所以能够和谐，奋进，充满活力和激情，首先得感谢学校领导让我们以教研组为单位在同一个办公室进行集体办公，这使得我们整个教研组各个成员之间得以零距离接触。这样方便大家彼此了解，沟通，而且更有利于大家进行集体备课，交流意见。为教研组的发展搭建了一个很好的平台。

其次，作为教研组长，要尊重每一位老师，因为他们是有血有肉，有思想，有感情的人。要善于发现他们身上的闪光点。每个老师身上都有值得我学习的地方。从他们的身上我学会了工作要敬业，更要专业；做人要热心，大度，开朗。更重要的是不要太计较，心里要有阳光，因为一个人内心出充满阳光，他看到的世界便是阳光的；如果他内心充满黑暗，他看到的世界便是黑暗的。只要我们不太计较个人得失，认同了我们是一个集体，一切都是为了这个集体服务，做起事来便没有什么困难的。让我很感动的是现在高一年级英语备课组，不论有什么任务，他们从不推辞，都是欣然接受。而尤其让我感动的是高三英语组备课组长李杰老师，他总是说我是可爱的点点有事你说话，我们全力配合教研组的工作。我是可爱的点点在这些老师的感染下，现在的高中英语教研组都有了一个共识。那就是我们是一个集体，是和谐，勤奋的集体。大家都只想将我们组搞的更好。

另外，教研组的建设和发展，其实是老师不断成长和自我提升的过程。需要时间，需要认同与鼓励，也需要激励。让我印象最深的是当初建博客的事。我只说了一句话：我是可爱的点点谁在一个星期内建成了博客，我请他吃早饭。我是可爱的点点结果不到一个星期，他们都有了自己的博客。随后便有了很多优秀的博文。是老师们缺那么几块钱的早餐钱吗?不！只是他们的劳动需要认同与肯定。在此我想说，如果学校能多些实质性的鼓励与肯定，我想我们以后的教研氛围会更浓，教学效果会更好的 。

还有，我认为教研组的建设与稳定，确实需要一些集体活动。这样的活动会起到粘和剂的作用，将每一个老师紧紧地团结在一起。我们英语组的和谐，奋进与充满激情，都是在这样的活动中得以体现的。

最后我想说的是，网络教研真的是一个很好的平台。在这里，老师之间可以互相探讨和交流。平常没时间，没机会说的话或者教学心得在这个空间里都能得到展现。如果有更多的领导能到这个空间里来和老师交流，沟通，就会发现，其实我们的老师是热爱我们的工作的，是敬业的，也是专业的 。只是他们的热情需要进一步的点燃，他们的工作需要认同，肯定与鼓励罢了。

那种迷信资料而放弃课本的做法是本末倒置的，同时，那种排斥资料中所提供的先进信息的做法是固步自封的。无庸质疑，课本是基础，而好的资料则是加深课本、提高能力的重要手段。任何资料都不能代替课本，但资料可以突出课本的重要内容，可以提供课本中所不具有的先进理念和与时俱进的信息。因此，无论是开始复习的夯实基础阶段，还是构建知识网络、归纳基本方法及技巧阶段，都要在立足于课本的基础上进行。但同时，也要精选有典型性和针对性的资料，这样有利于学生把握方法和解题规律。

2.讲练结合，练重于讲

基础知识的总结、知识网络的构建、基本方法和技巧的归纳都离不开讲，但更离不开练。不练习，学生所获得的知识就不牢固，更不能深化，因此，练比讲更重要。要精讲，也就是要突出重点，抓住要害;要多练，就是让学生做足量练习，但杜绝那种不加选择的重复练习，要有针对性。

总之，初三阶段学习的方法很多，但正确把握以上三点是学好英语行之有效的方法。只有让学生们树立必胜的信心，夯实基础并有针对性的练习，一定会提高学习效果，在竞争中立于不败之地。

我确信：英语要学好和智商无关，学不好英语的人都是懒惰的人。所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。

2.作业一定要按时独立完成，不要成为学习上的我是可爱的点点寄生虫我是可爱的点点。作业是老师检查了解学生知识掌握情况的一个有效途径，要求同学们能如实客观地对待作业。知之为知之，不知为不知，宁愿独立完成的空几题的作业，也比完全不经过自己大脑思考抄袭来的作业质量高得多。许多同学自觉性差，平时空空两手回家，早上早早赶来抄，每天我都布置了一定的英语作业，因此请各位家长能关注一下你的子女有没有将作业带回家来做，并督促子女认真复习。

3.学习习惯是第一生产力。许多同学英语学习好，并不是他(她)比别人聪明，而是学习习惯比较好。良好的学习习惯可以大大提高你的学习效果，我们班的陈晓玉，陈玲同学，她们学习态度端正，上课认真，书写工整，正因为如此，无论什么考试都能取得很好的成绩，这与她平时良好的学习习惯是分不开的!而有些同学你看似认真，却是身在心不在，学习重在表象，完全不扎实，综合素质却没有真正提高。课外也不下功夫，一堂课几个单词，一两个重点句型下节课过来提问一问三不知，又何谈课外扩展与素质提升?这样的现象很普遍，说到底，还是好的习惯没有养成，不够勤奋。另外还有几个同学，他们的潜力很大，但因为还不够认真刻苦，所以没有发挥出自己最好的水平，希望家长能够配合老师，把孩子的成绩抓上去。我坚信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指导下能够及时完成老师布置的任务，那么一定能学好。要教导您的孩子一开始就要有吃苦耐劳的精神。坚持严谨的学习作风，成绩马上就会见效。

5.树立正确的英语学习观与知识观!许多学生和家长认为英语学习了没有多大用处，我又不会出国，学两句皮毛可以炫耀就好了，何必学精通?且不说英语作为一种工具，它对于我们升学、工作、求职有重大意义，同时我认为学习英语的过程也是一个吸收别人长处，观念更新的过程!知识是无价的，知识可以改变命运。

昨天的观摩研讨课和今天的经验交流，以两种不同的形式向我们展示了近年来我市广大英语教师在课堂教学改革方面取得的成绩。在此，我谨代表与会的所有的老师对为我们提供宝贵经验的单位和老师们表示衷心地感谢！

通过昨天下午的说、评、议活动，在看到成绩的同时，我们也清楚地看到了课堂教学中的一些无效、低效现象。这些现象影响着课堂教学的效率，制约着课堂教学向高效目标的发展。什么是高效？怎样才能高效？如何克服课堂教学中一些常见的低效现象，使课堂走向高效？我认为是我们亟待解决的问题。所以，今天借此机会和老师们一起就这方面的问题做个交流。

随着教育改革的不断深化，课堂教学作为教育过程的中心环节，作为推进素质教育、提高教学质量的主渠道、主阵地，愈来愈受到高度的关注。新课程理念最终要通过课堂中的教师得以落实，新课程的目标最终要体现在学生的变化上。新课程改革推进到今天，关注课堂，研究课堂，创新课堂，实现课堂的高效，毫无疑问是实施素质教育和时代发展新形势下的必然趋势，是当前我们教学、教研的中心工作和重要课题。

一、构建高校课堂的背景

1、一系列纲领性文件的出台

２００１年７月２７日 教育部颁布了《基础教育课程改革纲要》（试行），新一轮的课程改革开始在全国42个国家级实验区试行。其核心理念是：以学生发展为本。结合学科特点，力争全方位的落实科学素养教育，为学生的终身发展奠定基础。目标定位在知识与技能、过程与方法、情感、态度和价值观的新角度。这就要求老师们采取相应的教学策略：将知识和技能纬度的目标立足于让学生学会，将过程和方法纬度的目标立足于让学生会学，将情感、态度、价值观纬度的目标立足于让学生乐学。如何帮助学生完成由学会—会学—乐学的转变，这是检验课堂是否高效的重要标准。

同年，教育部又出台了《英语课程标准》。进一步明确了英语课程改革的重点，强调学生的学习兴趣、自信、生活经验和认知水平，倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式，使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。强调学生良好学习习惯的养成和有效学习策略的形成，更加关注对学生观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神的培养；为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。这一切的落实，主渠道还是在课堂。因此，提高课堂的效益和效率，既是提升英语教学质量的关键所在，也是英语新课程教学改革成功与否的关键所在。

为进一步规范中小学办学行为,减轻中小学生过重的课业负担,促进学生全面健康和谐发展和教师的专业发展,提升基础教育办学水平和质量, 2024年，山东省教育厅在全省强力推行素质教育，颁布并实施了《山东省普通中小学管理基本规范（试行）》，对课程设置、课时等做了明确规定，特别是对学生的作息时间进行了严格控制。学生在校的学习时间减少，文化课教学时间压缩。。

在学科教学内容依旧，学生的在校时间减少，课时减少的情况下，要想保质保量的完成教学任务，只有在课堂的高效上下功夫。

2024年5月，在全省强力推进素质教育的新形势下，市教研室在邹城及时召开了主题为我是可爱的点点创新教学模式，构建高效课堂我是可爱的点点的研讨会。会上，市教育局闫局长总结了我市开展构建高下课堂教学改革以来取得的成绩，我们学科有四个学校教学模式和方法介绍被收入会议经验材料汇编。我们这次研讨会就是全市研讨会在学科的进一步深化。

2、当前英语课堂教学中存在的问题

中考成绩和升学率承载着太多的社会压力，使得我们的教育部门或教育者自身急于求成，急功近利，从而使我们的课堂教学越来越偏离其教育的本质。反思我们的课堂教学，确实存在着一些低效、无效，甚至是负效的现象。归纳起来，具体表现在以下几方面：

1）笼统表述多，明晰表述少。

许多老师对教学目标的认识淡薄，理解模糊，教学目标表述过于笼统。如：我是可爱的点点用英语谈论、描述动物并表达对动物的喜爱我是可爱的点点；我是可爱的点点学习……我是可爱的点点；有的直接就是：我是可爱的点点words：…;phrases…;…我是可爱的点点等，缺乏可操作性，完全成了可有可无的摆设，失去了对教学的指导意义和对课堂的导、控作用，以致无法评价目标的达成度。我们知道，目标的达成度越高，课堂教学的效果就越好。

2）教师讲授多，学生实践少。

老师以我是可爱的点点讲得多我是可爱的点点我是可爱的点点讲得好我是可爱的点点为满足，我是可爱的点点满堂灌我是可爱的点点的现象依然普遍。总担心有哪一个知识点没讲到。不管学生会不会，老师认为该讲就讲，不关心学生的感受，不关注学生的学得。很多时候，对一些所谓的重点，老师会不厌其烦地一遍遍的讲。实践证明：重复讲解学生已知的知识很容易引起学生的心理疲倦，造成课堂气氛沉闷，学习兴趣降低，从而使课堂教学低效，甚至无效。由于课堂上老师的讲解占用了大量的时间，学生只是被动的学习者，偶尔会参与一些枯燥、脱离实际的句型操练，没有足够的主动参与、体验、实践的机会和时间，学生学不会，各项技能得不到应有的训练和发展，课堂效率低。课堂的低效能导致学生厌学。

3）关注知识多，学法指导少。

我是可爱的点点授之以鱼，不如授之以渔我是可爱的点点这句话老师们再熟悉不过了。著名教育家陶行知说过，我是可爱的点点与其把学生当天津鸭儿添入一些零碎知识，不如给他们几把锁匙，使他们可以自动去开发文化的金库和宇宙之宝藏。我是可爱的点点……但在实际的课堂教学中，真正关注学生的学习策略，把知识的学习建立在学生实际的认知水平基础之上，在学习知识的过程中指导学生如何学习的老师有多少？课堂上，教学内容常以语音、词汇、语法为主线，老师关注的是知识点的讲解是否全面、到位。在指导对学生如何学会学习上关注少，做得少，有些老师不知道该怎样做。结果，学生只会被动地我是可爱的点点接水我是可爱的点点，不会主动地我是可爱的点点取水我是可爱的点点，造成课堂低效。

4）关注预设多，关注生成少。

课堂上，老师把注意力放在预设的教案上，即：按教案教（走教案）。衡量一节课是否高效，不是看教师有没有按预设完成教学内容，而是看学生有没有学到什么或学的好不好。看学生是否获得自己满意的学习效果和积极的学习体验。教案上有什么就教什么；教案上写的采用哪种活动形式就用哪种；时刻关注的是教学环节的推进，对学生在课堂上的表现视而不见。老师提出的问题是否按自己的意愿去回答，把学生纳入自己事先编织的框架。（鱼台实验的例子）在真实、常态的课堂教学中，我常常发现教师很多时候，老师所预设的问题本身就有问题，无效问题、假问题、无价值问题充斥课堂。如：为了练第三人称单数的一般疑问句，课堂上经常出现这样的情景：老师指着1男生问其他学生我是可爱的点点is he a boy? 我是可爱的点点 （假交际）教师无效的提问耽误了学生宝贵的课堂学习时间，影响了课堂教学的效率。由于学生的情感、心理变化、对知识的掌握情况以及活动的形式是否符合学生的真实需要等方面受到忽视，必然影响学习情绪、学习行为和学习效果。

5） 活动形式多，实际收效少。

课堂活动形式往往花样很多，但效果往往不尽人意。问题比较突出的就是：小组合作学习。讨论过程、反馈，都只有少数尖子生参与、表现，大部分学生没有真正参与。突出学生的主体地位不是只突出尖子生的主体地位，课堂教学应面向全体（80%以上的学生）。

6）统一要求多，个性发展少。

教学目标的确立、问题的提出、活动的设计都缺乏针对性和有效性。整齐划一的练习和作业多，发展个性、分层选择的任务少。造成课堂效果的低效。

面对新的课改形势，一方面，我们高兴地看到：老师们正在创新教学模式，构建高校课堂方面进行着积极探索和实践。一些教学模式、教学方法、教学手段的创新和运用给英语课堂带来了新的生机和活力，为高效课堂的创建提供了宝贵的经验。如:

另一方面，我们还必须清醒面对当前英语教学中存在的这些影响课堂教学效益的问题。这些问题解决地越好，课堂教学的效益和效率就会越高，教学效果就会越好。

二、 高效课堂的内涵

高效课堂是建立在有效教学基础之上的。高效相对于我是可爱的点点低效我是可爱的点点而言。排除教学过程中存在的重复的低效的教学模式，力争以最短的课堂时间达到最高的课堂效果。简言之：师生用最短的时间获得最大的效率。

1、高效课堂的文学性概括：知识的超市、生命的狂欢！

2、高效课堂的解释：

a、三高：高效率、高效益、高效果

b、三动：身（形）动、心（思维）动、神（思想）动

c、三量：思维量、信息量、训练量

d、三特点：立体式、快节奏、大容量

e、四学：学生想学、学会、会学和乐学

f、减负：轻负担、高质量；低耗时、高效益

3、高效课堂的终极目标：

a、通过高效课堂走向高效学习，从而实现终身学习

b、素质教育的素质最主要的是我是可爱的点点学习能力我是可爱的点点：思维力、生成力、表达力（听、说、读、写）

c、实现学生的解放、教师的解放、学校的解放

三、高效课堂对教师的要求

教师要成为我是可爱的点点三者我是可爱的点点：促进者、学习者、决定者

1、首先要完成角色的转换，教师由传授者变成学生学习的促进者，做学生成长的推手。

2、实现教学相长，教师还应该成为学习者，与学生一起我是可爱的点点同学我是可爱的点点，我们常讲，教师上课也是我是可爱的点点上学我是可爱的点点，教书也是我是可爱的点点进修我是可爱的点点。

一、英语学习状况分析

首先，我们学习英语存在着这些难题：英语不是我们的母语，没有现成的语言环境，不能在现实生活中反复运用;所以小朋友们学的知识容易忘记，而且不能立刻体现学英语的价值。但是，英语是国际性语言，我们在求学路上一直都离不开英语。从小学的毕业考，中考，高考，到考硕士，出国，英语都是必考的。在以后的社会竞争中，你不会英语可能寸步难行。

但是，我们在学校学习英语的时间是非常有限的，只靠课堂40分钟的学习是远远不够的。要学好英语，学校学习占40%，课后的巩固学习占60%。那么，在课后学生要怎么做才能把英语学得更好呢?

二、怎样学好英语

英语学习从哪里开始?学英语不是从背单词开始，而是从耳朵开始。英语学习从打通耳朵开始。要让孩子多听，而且是反复听同一段英语，不断的对孩子进行语言的输入，为孩子的语音语调打好基础。

那用什么时间听呢?早上起床之后，在刷牙吃早餐的时候放给孩子听，晚上可以边听边模仿，听力水平是学好英语，培养语感的基础。

父母不懂英语，能帮孩子吗?只要找对方法，就可以帮助孩子。我们要好好利用学习资源，晚上的时候，要有三十分钟的英语学习时间，这三十分钟，家长让孩子不断的听，模仿跟读，语音语调就是要靠模仿出来的。建议大家最好买金太阳，或录音带，因为发音比较纯正。让孩子每天捂着耳朵朗读，一方面可以杜绝部分外界影响，另一方面，捂着耳朵听自己的朗读像在听自己的录音一样，更清晰。朗读可以掌握英语节奏。也是说的一种训练，反复，持续的朗读可以打开英语优质记忆回路。
