第2篇 高级项目管理工程师岗位职责

工作职责:

1.负责新项目立项工作,分析项目可行性,制定项目目标,以满足客户需求;

2.负责领导跨部门的项目团队,合理协调资源和定期组织项目会议,以完成项目各阶段的时间、成本、质量目标,按时完成项目的kpi考核;

3.对于正常开展的项目,定期保持和维护客户关系;

4.定期对项目进展进行跟踪(项目时间计划/预算/质量)并制作进度汇报文件;

5.负责项目的风险识别,及时采取风险预防措施,并及时升级上报;

6.按时完成领导交办的其他任务,配合相关部门完成工作。

1.非常熟悉汽车主要厂商开发流程和相关规范,有熟悉国外oem者优先;

3.熟悉动力总成零件开发流程及关键项控制,熟悉涡轮增压器开发者优先;

4.分清工作优先级顺序开展工作;

5.非常好的问题解决能力;

6.愿意接受挑战和在压力下工作,良好的沟通和快速的学习能力,开放的头脑和逻辑思维;

职位要求;

1.具有至少本科学历, 机械工程或汽车相关专业;

2.5年以上项目管理经验,具备汽车发动机方面相关的项目管理经验;

3.具有涡轮增压器产品项目管理经验者优先;

4.熟悉汽车行业标准iatf16949和五大管理工具apqp,fmea,msa,spc,ppap;

5.熟悉excel,ms project、ppt和erpa,熟悉pro/e或catia者优先;

6.英语书写及口语表达流利;
