作为刚迈入高中的学生，我们正前行在人生奋斗的征途中，万里长征，我们刚刚起步。就在这起步的阶段，我们获得过掌声，也遭逢过挫折。月考与竞赛后的几家欢乐几家愁，就是最好的证明。应对成绩，无疑要胜而不骄，再接再厉；而应对失败，我们则要坚定地说，切莫放下。

亚伯拉罕林肯先生，24岁经商失败，26岁恋人死去，27岁精神崩溃，中年时代多次竞选参议员和副总统，均告失败。或许只有这些，才能算得上人生中真正的挫折。可应对这么多挫折，林肯并没有放下自己的追求，而是仍旧坚持不懈地努力。最终，他成为了美国第十六任总统。正是因为决不在挫折面前轻言放下，林肯最终实现了自己的理想。

同学们，决不轻言放下是一种美德，更是一种用心的`人生态度。我们无法创造命运，但我们能够以实际行动改变命运，我们能够向命运中的艰难困苦挑战。不被困难所吓倒，不言放下，终能历经风雨见彩虹，谱写精彩的人生。

无论前路多么坎坷，决不轻言放下将永远是我们人生追求的永恒动力。

how do you master your youth?youthyouth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshne; it is the freshneof the deep springs of life .youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite, for adventure over the love of ease. ts often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . nobody grows old merely by a number of years. we grow old by deserting our ideals.years wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. worry, fear, self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.whether 60 of 16, there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing cldlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wirelestation: so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .when the aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.thank you!

i have a dreamevery one has s own dream. when i was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own .but now ,when i am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot.i have got quite different experience from other girls. wle they were playing toys at home, wle they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .i was running in the hard rain, jumping in the heavy snow, pitcng in the strong wind. notng could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an athlete. yeah ,of course ,i"m an athlete, i"m so proud of that all the time .when i was 10 years old ,i became a shot-put athlete. the training was really hard ,i couldn"t bear the heavy shot in my hands .but i always believe that "god only help those who help themselves". during those hard days, i find i was growing more quickly than others of the same age. to be an athlete is my most correct choice. but, i quit my team after entering gh school because of a silly excuse. i really didn"t want to stop my sports career anyway.today i say to you my friends that even though i must face the difficulties of yesterday ,today and tomorrow .i still have a dream .it is a dream deeply rooted in my soul.i have a dream that one day ,i can run, jump and pitch just like i used to be.i have a dream that one day , i can go back to my dream sports and join the national team.i have a dream that one day ,i can stand on the ghest place at the olympicgames. with all the cameras pointing at me. i will tell everyone that i"m so proud to be a cnese athlete!ts is my hope .ts is the faith that i continue my steps with!!!with ts faith ,i will live though the strong wind and heavy rain ,never give up !so let victory ring from my heart, from all of you. when we allow victory to ring .i must be the one!in my imagination, i"m a bird ,a magical bird. i carry my dreams all with me by my big wings. i fly though the mountains ,though the forests ,over the sea, to the sun ,the warmest place in the aerospace!every night ,i have a dream ,i see a girl ---smiling~

挫折是人生的伴侣，困境是现实存在的，这本是生活常理。可是对于我们阅历还不够多的中学生来说，对此体验和领悟的还不太深刻。但历史的教科书中，我们可以听到先哲和伟人们的一个共同的声音：“人生之路无坦途，走出困境天地宽。”

当失败与困境紧紧相逼，精神与物质的打击接踵而来，将要面临的似乎是一个走投无路的绝境。然而，相同的境遇投射到不同的心之屏幕上，便会映照出不同的结局。

楚汉之争的历史上，“力拔山兮气盖世”的楚庄王项羽被刘邦的四路大军围困于垓下，面临绝境。曾欲称霸天下的项羽喟叹：“此天之亡我，非战之罪也!”于是绝望地拔剑自刎于激浪滔滔的乌江之畔。这是一个英雄末路的故事。为后人留下了“至今思项羽，不肯过江东”的遗憾。如果项羽渡过乌江，卷土重来，完全有可能夺回江山。可他却被“无颜见江东父老”的羞愧和“此天之亡我”的绝望所击败了，最终遗恨千古。

中国有句话叫“天无绝人之路”。这其中包含的人生哲理是颇耐人寻味的。应该说，人生不存在绝境。所谓“绝境”只产生于一个人精神上的绝望，产生于一个人主观世界的自我否定与封闭。其实，任何一种看似走投无路的客观环境，在一定的条件下都会发生转变。正如邱吉尔所说：“被克服的困难就是胜利的契机。”

春秋战国时期勾践在沦为阶下囚时，“身为臣，妻为妾”以保存自己，卧薪尝胆以积蓄力量，终于在20xx年后一举消灭吴国。美国诗人惠特曼的《草叶集》写出来以后曾先后被40多个出版商退稿，但他对自己的作品充满了信心，费尽周折自费印刷了这部诗集，最终使世界文学宝库因之而增添了新的瑰宝。古今中外的事实告诉我们，无论面临怎样的人生困境，惟有那些意志坚强、胸怀宽广、顽强拼搏的强者才能够在等待时机的过程中创造出新的成功，领略到“山重水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村”的人生佳境。

那么面对困境应该怎样做呢?罗曼·罗兰曾经说过这样一句话：“倘若人生活着不是为了调整纠正自己的生活，克服自己的成见，扩大自己的思想胸怀，那么活着有什么意义呢?”罗曼·罗兰这句话不正是对“人类最大的困难是战胜自己”的最好诠释吗?因此，面对困境，首先要的是自我审视，这是一种在生活中寻找自己位置的最佳方法。其次要想走出困境还需要有坚忍不拔、奋斗不息的毅力、勇气与信心。只要精神不死、希望不灭，跨越一个个人生的坎坷，渡过一条条生活的激流，那么胜利的彼岸就会展现在眼前，成功的花朵就会向你开放。

总之，困境是人生旅途中不可避免的社会现象，它受到诸多因素制约，但关键还是要靠个人主观努力，适应社会，改造环境，才能走出困境。在某种意义上说，困境与挫折也是人生的一笔财富，它能使人清醒，教人搏击，催人奋进。让我们正视困境，战胜困境，走出困境吧!
