this position is responsible for the control of inspection / test / examination and qa/qc of power plant and ptd in according to international standards and client’s requirement.

ii. job responsibility
1. responsible for the control of training / inspection/ test / examination on power plant as per international standards and client’s requirement;
2. responsible for the execution of the power plant projects, including (but not limited) coordinating the inquiry and quotation, test program preparation, assigning project engineer / inspector to carry out the test and inspection, report; etc.;
3. responsible for project management, payment and cost control on project;
4. expedite the project within the schedule as required by the client.
5. implement quality system in accordance with the company quality policy;
6. set up all necessary processes and ensure smooth operation in the department;
7. review projects and issue positive technical reports;
8. supervise staffs in managing projects and tasks;
9. coordinate with other departments and branches to make sure the “one-stop-shop” service has been provided to the customers;
10. communicate with key accounts. develop a good work/cooperation relationship with the clients;
11. handle / solve the complaints coming from customers or headquarter;
12. manage and develop staff; strengthen team cooperation;
13. perform other duties assigned by department manager/section manager.
iii. job requirement
1. bachelor degree or above; major in electrical, mechanical or other related subject;
2. at least 5 years working experience in design or test field with reliable working performance. better be familiar with power plant equipments or ptd equipments like power switchgear, controlgear, transformer, gis, etc.
3. be familiar with the qa&qc procedure;
4. good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
5. respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
6. diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
7. good communication and interpersonal skills;
8. good people management skill;
9. can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
10. good computer skill;
11. good command of english;
12. physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
第2篇 质量检验部经理岗位职责
岗位职责:
1.负责质量标准的制定和完善;
2.负责实验室系统的建立和维护;
3.负责组织完成必要的检验;
4.负责新实验室的筹建工作;
5.负责实验室人员的管理;
6.负责实验室安全管理。
岗位要求:
1. 3年以上同岗位工作经历;
2.有实验室筹建相关工作经验者优先。
