辞职报告要素：

1、格式上与一般报告一样，通常写给单位最高负责人。

第一段先写自己在单位的职务，简况;第二段写

辞职的主要原因;

第三段表示遗憾和感谢，并表示以后有机会还会合作;

最后表示自己手头的工作已完成可交接。

2、语气要平和，不要抱怨和不满，给将来合作留有余地。

3、辞职报告最好打印，用a4规格，亲自签名，提早一周亲自递给领导并面谈。
