岗位职责:

1、负责本专业范围工程图纸的审核与优化工作,进行图纸质量的过程把控;

2、协调本专业设计工作及负责工程材料设备采购的技术支持,确保系统功能品质要求;

3、负责组织本专业施工图设计、校审工作;

4、配合成本管理部门进行相关专业投资测算、工程造价核算、招标工作;

5、协调工程后期的竣工验收,负责本专业与物业公司的交接工作。

任职资格:

1、25-35岁,电气、给排水等相关专业,本科及以上学历;

2、3年以上房地产公司或设计院机电专业设计及技术管理工作经验;

3、具有良好绘图能力,对图纸具有较强把关审核能力;

4、 有丰富的住宅设计经历,且做过别墅洋房;

5、熟悉相关专业设计施工规范、规定,擅长处理疑难问题,了解除本专业外相关安装专业,具有良好的管理、沟通、协调能力。
