第2篇 齿轮工艺工程师岗位职责

齿轮工艺工程师 job responsibility:

 perform any other task as assigned by supervisor.

 health and safety:

o abide by all safety and non-safety plant rules and regulations;

o adhere to established quality and housekeeping standards;

o report any defects, hazards and non-compliance items to dept. manager;

o report any incident/accident to dept. manager and first aider;

o wear personal protective equipment provided by the employer;

o participate and assist on any investigation where required.

 compile of calculations to support: acquisition projects / in house manufacturing / make or buy decisions / improvement

suggestions / 8d’s.

 planning

 planning of an economic manufacturing/assembly (costs, quality) for new and current programs.

 planning and commissioning of operation resources, measuring and testing instruments, tools and machines.

 cooperation in groups (qfd, process-fmea, simultaneous-engineering, manufacturing relocation etc.).

 determination of standard time, formulas, experience- and estimated value, program system.

 support for control plan creation.

 creation of documentation.

 creation of machining process flow chart.

 initiation and assignment of machining working instruction.

 initiation and assignment of preparation drawings / pre machined drawings / pre adjustment sheets.

 initiation of autocad-drawings for resources (machines and layouts).

 programming/machining.

 calculation of cutting/assembly data for serial and prototype parts.

 creation of setup sheets.

 series support

 support of series production (machine utilization, rationalization, time management, change management) .

 development and implementation of continuous improvement process activities.

 analyse and optimize the work process and procedures.

 supplier support. any assigned necessary job to support the ramp up- and serial production.

 tools knowledge

 take charge of the pfmea preparation and update.

 support the creation of control plan and msa.

 quality system

 familiar with the iatf16949 system.

 responsible for jobs assigned by direct supervisor.

 ehs:

 comply all of quality regulations & rules, and follow quality systems requirement.

 comply all policies and standard of ehs & ergonomics.

 report incident/accident of safety, eergonomics and environmental risk to supervisor immediately.

 ensure everybody wear ppe properly in shop floor.

qualifications:

 technical degree and experience in manufacturing of helical gears.

 experience in hobbing / power honing / gear grinding.

 specially qualified of gearing machines.

 ms-office and sap knowledge.

 familiar with pfmeacontrol planmsaspcapqp.

 business english skills are essential, german skill also advantageous.

 must have the ability to work independently, as well as in a team.

 high level of responsibility, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

第3篇 齿轮项目工程师岗位职责

岗位职责:

1. 担任cft小组组长,主持cft小组的日常活动;

2. 制定项目开发进度表;

3. 指导并审核从客户图纸上识别出的特殊特性,制定特性矩阵表;

4. 指导并审核助理工程师完成ppap文件包的编写;

5. 指导编写并审核工艺规程、检验规范;

6. 提出新设备、工装和设施要求清单;

7. 设计并审核专用工装、检具;

8. 审核刀具、检具订购数据表;

16.负责批量生产过程中的与工艺有关的客户投诉、质量问题的解决、防错;

17.负责批量生产过程中的生产效率的提升,工艺的优化、完善。

任职资格:

教育背景: 本科以上学历、机械设计或制造工艺专业毕业;

培训经历:受过机械设计方面专业培训;

工作经验:至少五年以上项目工程师工作经验,对项目开发流程非常清楚,能够对项目开发过程遇到的各种问题进行分析解决

技能技巧: 熟悉设计软件、懂齿轮工艺过程设计、工装、量具设计、具备一定的项目管理能力;
