职责描述：

requirement:

1. bachelor degree in engineering ，electronics，or equivalent;

2. 10 years design working experience in related field / applicants in power supplies，driver or a similar company;

3. solid skills in analogue power/driver electronics design;

4. solid electronic component knowledge;

5. familiar with process design， line setup， process improvement， doe， fmea， autocad， solidwork， microsoft office

6. must be able to read， write and communicate in english (minimum passed cet level 4).

7.good problem solving skill，positive and aggressive.

job responsibility

1.product design and management until the time it goes to mass production;

2.technical support and transitioning new product platforms from erp-us d2&d team to production;

3.production and sales technical support for any sample request or product inquiry;

4. perform detailed electrical & magnetics design and cost analysis of each project to meet product requirement and cost;

5. perform detailed root cause and failure analysis within a short period of time;

6. provide solution to electromagnetic compatibility， electro magnetic interference， acoustic， dimming and safety requirement;

7. design and develop high efficient and high power density led power supply from prototype to production;

8. perform detailed test and verification to ensure product compliance versus the requirement;

9. provide detailed information to pcb and mechanical engineer to come up with the right solution for layout and overall product packaging;

10. other duties assigned by the rd management.
