电子失效分析工程师(汽车电子产品) his/her strong expertise in electronics and his outstanding analytics skills allows him/her to efficiently measure, and detect product and process failure and then participate actively in the validation of the improvement.
this position reports to the project manager improvement with a strong link to the quality manager automotive.
tasks
• participate as a key technical expert in quality improvements linked to product or process failure
• take the responsibility of technical test (using workbench) and analysis, focus on field/product failure analysis, pcba, asic and key component test
• analyze and test field return, utilize systematic tools to record analysis findings, feedback to product responsible engineer
• develop does (design of experimentation) to resolve long standing unresolved issues and able to draw complete failure tree analysis (fta)
• perform risk analysis and update dfmea, pfmea
• support customer quality engineer solve customer complain problem and strong participation in 5 why analysis
• ensures all lessons-learned are documented, shared with key stake-holders and implemented in new offers.
• close collaboration with r&d and operations departments.
key personal skills
• strong knowledge in electronics fields
• strong experience in electrical technical test and analysis
• familiar with electrical equipment and tools e.g. oscilloscope, multi-meter, lcr meter, signal generator, chamber etc. for electrical analysis
• be capable to utilize equipment to carry out test and experiment, be good at documentation and reports
• familiar with circuit diagram analysis, know very well about active (asic/microcontroller) and passive electronic components (capacitors/resistance/diode…)
• outstanding analytical and conceptual competences, six sigma knowledge and application experience will be a plus factor.
• able to show great responsibilities and commitment in the job; able to work over-time on urgent fa request
• quality tool knowledge (fmea, spc, msa, 8d…) is a plus

电子产品结构工程师 南京通孚玩具有限责任公司 南京通孚玩具有限责任公司,通孚 1、负责新产品报价阶段的产品结构以及制造工艺的初步分析,提供初版的作业流程图以作报价成本计算。
2、根据新产品开发流程,进行设计方案制定、3d结构设计、运动模拟仿真确定参数及功能满足要求、工程样件制作、调试、装配、2d零件图和组装图绘制输出等,确保产品设计的合理性并有效控制产品生产成本和开发成本。

3、精通电子产品结构设计和熟悉塑胶模具结构,熟悉产品开发流程并能独立开发新产品。有良好的产品结构设计改良、工模跟进、工程样板制作、工程资料编发经验。
4、熟悉常用塑料特性,有产品缺陷分析并制定改模、修模方案的能力,有模具设计经验者优先。
5、有良好的写作能力和沟通能力。
第7篇 研发中心电子产品工程师岗位职责
1.设计模拟与数字电路为基础的电子产品(系统)。
2.分析电子系统需求、客户需求,估算成本、制定预算,确定项目的可行性。
3.设计电子原理图与绘制印刷电路板图。运用相关设备调试产品及记录检测节点。
4.配合结构工程师完成产品整体设计与实现,确保产品的生产工艺实施。
