资深供应商质量工程师 sqe sqa sqm summary

responsible to develop and maintain systems required to continuously improve the supplier base through systematic review and improvement. this, coupled with product review and enhancement to supplier processes, are designed to provide company with the best product available at a competitive price.

essential duties and responsibilities include the following. other duties may be assigned.

strong tooling knowledge required reviewing and making recommendations to tooling and gauging during product development for advance program.

be experienced in the commodity of electronics and electrical product quality control

strong analytical skills required to root cause and close issues related to the product

able to facilitate and take lead role in design reviews

direct, lead, and mentor all lower positions

maintain housekeeping standards

promote and practice safe work habits

conduct design reviews for advance programs

conduct supplier site reviews and analyzes supplier capability

conduct apqp / follow up of supplier during development / launch phase.

sqe will be responsible for the quality of components being shipped by supplier.

职责描述:

1. be responsible for raw material ncm analysis, push supplier improve through quality management tooling & 8d tooling, evaluate the action effectiveness, follow and close ncmr

负责跟踪进料检验、生产过程、以及客户反馈等涉及到供应商物料不良的整改,推动供应商8d质量改善;评估供应商措施有效性,并最终跟踪关闭。

2. monitor supplier performance in a timely basis, weekly, monthly; as basic to make action plan to push supplier improve quality and actively work with them to achieve minimum or no defect at all;

负责对供应商进行周度、月度绩效评估, 及对供应商质量数据统计、分析,以确定主要供应商,制定行动计划推动改善;

3. set up the annual supplier audit plan; organize and implement the supplier system audit, process audit and product audit as planned with cross functional department (engineering, purchase, etc.)

4. work with cross functional teams (purchasing, engineering, etc.) on supplier qualify activities (qualification, performance, review and development) and problem solving activity;

1. material or engineering bachelor with mechanical required. more than 3years experience relate to supplier quality preferred. familiar with stamping, machining, measuring, preferred;

机械工程类本科学历;3年以上供应商质量管理经验, 熟悉冲压,机加工,测量等;

2. familiar with iso9001/ts16949/ iso14001 system and process audit, has internal auditor certificate;

熟悉iso9001/ts16949质量体系、iso14001环境管理体系和过程审核,有内审员证书为佳

3. familiar with quality analysis tooling, such as fishbone and 8d

熟悉质量问题分析工具,诸如鱼骨图和8d

4. good teamwork and cooperation
