数控工程师指从事数控机床的开发、编程、设计、操作、维护等工作的专业技术人员。

数控工程师岗位职责

1.进行cnc加工编程及操作，并编写操作指导书，对指导书的适用性和使用版本的有效性负责；

2.负责数控设备工艺程序与设备的调整和刀具的选择；

3.负责机床使用过程中的故障诊断和维修；

4.协助生产，提供持续改进的方案，对产品的质量、生产进度、检测进行跟踪，以达到甚至超过质量、产量、成本及生产效率的要求；

5.及时完成数控机床的预防性维护，完成设备维护的日常报表。

数控工程师岗位要求

1.精密工程、数控、机械加工工艺流程等相关专业；

2.熟悉数控设备控制系统，熟悉编程中的g代码和m代码；

3.熟悉各种数控系统编程和操作；

4.具有良好的机械绘图能力，能够使用ug pro-mastercam等三维绘图建模编程软件；

5.具有丰富的cnc机床维修、保养经验；

6.具有较强的分析与解决问题的能力；

7.较强的组织与沟通能力。

1、负责对设备、设施进行安全检查；

岗位职责:

1.数控系统功能模块的开发和维护;

2.跨平台图形库的开发和维护;

3.数控装置人机界面开发及维护;

4.参与cnc应用软件开发,包括cnc人机交互界面

5.加工仿真、机床智能化等的研发与编码。

岗位要求:

1.数学、计算机、软件、信息相关专业本科及以上学历;
