第4篇 运营质量管理主办岗位职责

1负责全区物流业务的运营质量监紅作:

(1)督促检査全区中邮快货的配送及时率、信息及时反馈率两项指标每日的完成情况。对各盟市局的质量关键指标(vip)进行考核、通报及奖惩。

(2)监控检查全区中邮快货物流业务的破损丢失、客户满意度、投诉、返单等工作。

(3)监督考核全区一体化物流业务的信息反馈、配送及时、客户投诉、客户满意度、破损丢失等运营质量监控指标。

(4)负责区内中邮快货的保险工作。

(5)负责进、出口物流邮件破损、丢失后的报险工作。对于破损、丢失的物流邮件应及时向中邮物流公司相关人员进行报险,对中邮物流反馈的报险邮件及时收集单证,保证中邮物流公司处理破损邮件赔偿的时效性。

(6)负责处理一体化项目的索赔工作,做好一体化项目的返单工作。

2.负责全区中邮快货和一体化物流业务的清分结算工作。及时向各盟市局下达清分结算文件,督促检查各盟市局对旗县局的清分结算工作。

3.负责全区中邮快货、一体化物流业务的信息查询工作。及时处理各地査询人员查询的物流邮件,并对查询结果及时反馈。

4.负责指导各盟市局中邮快货、一体化物流业务的网上信息操作方法(信息查询、信息反馈、业务统计等),规范各盟市局日常物流邮件处理方法及掌握异常情况处理业务流程(即:如何处理退货、如何对待破损、丢失等情况)。

5.负责全区中邮快货、一体化物流业务的运营质量监控、信息操作流程、保险业务等的培训工作。

6.负责督促检查市邮区中心局物流邮件的m上路单信息接收情况,与中心局做好内部沟通、査询、异常情况处理等工作。

7.负责中邮快货、一体化物流业务(详情单、验单、路单等)单式的收集、保存。对有问题的返单应及时与各相关业务部门联系。

8.负责中邮快货、一体化物流业务的日常业务维护、沟通(与各盟市局、全国各省、中邮物流公司、各集散网、项目组、各分拨中心及网络系统维护人员)、协调(盟市局、其他省地面局)、解释(盟市局及查询人员)等工作。

9.负责配合中邮物流公司、分拨中心、集散中心、各项目组、区公司完成其他工作。

10.完成公司领导交办的其他工作。

第6篇 qhse管理部质量专员岗位职责

一、认真学习贯彻煤基多联产项目质量方针、目标,保证质量体系在项目中的有效运行,确保工程质量。

二、按照国家、行业技术规程、规范、标准、施工组织设计的规定,配合相关部门参与进场材料、设备、工程的质量检查、验收工作。

三、参加项目部的施工图纸会审、技术交底工作,熟悉设计文件、施工图纸,并参与各施工单位施工前的技术交底工作。

为保证外购外协产品的技术质量符合性和一致性,依认证照质量程序和产品技术标准对供应商实施供应商全生命周期、全过程的质量管理。
