我和伙伴们走在路上，眼前不断地浮现着那位环卫工人鄙夷的神情，顿时觉得胸口蒙蒙的，像有只脏兮兮的苍蝇在胸腔里嗡嗡飞转，我突然感到后悔了，我后悔自己竟如此狂妄的将别人的尊严踩在脚下!

方圆老师说：不要去无知地嘲弄别人，不要去肤浅地歧视别人。一个人若总是送给他人奚落，终将失去自己的尊严。是啊，一个不懂得尊重他人的人，要么是因为无知，要么就是缺乏教养，想想看，究竟是谁失掉了宝贵的尊严?是我，幼稚的我。

康延说：尊严是山，尊严是水。我总叫嚣着要得到尊重，要有尊严，却没有发现只有尊重才能换来尊重;只有自己不笑别人，别人也不笑自己才叫做有尊严。

我突然好想向那位环卫工人道歉，我要告诉她："谢谢，因为你，我明白了什么是尊重……"

尊重是相互的，你付出多少，别人就给你多少，就好像空气，吸进去了还要再吐出来。

那是一个在老山山脚养蜜蜂的老奶奶家，她是个热情的人。晚饭时，一直没顾上自己吃，而是在跟我介绍各种她自己种的蔬菜，几乎都是清炒的，每一种都挺大份的，虽然炒得不那么好看：几乎没修饰过的菠菜，不整齐地盛在大大的碗里;很多叶子残缺的青菜，凌乱地撒在火锅里。我便也不太拘束地吃着。饭毕，她正准备把碗拿去洗，我想到自己刚在前几天被要求洗碗，也许是出于不好意思什么都不做，便想要帮忙去洗，一开始她说不用，见我"心意坦诚"，也就由我去洗了。我站在水池边，首先就要找洗洁精，因为妈妈教我的是把洗洁精先倒一些在大一点的锅或碗里，洗别的每一个小碗时蘸一些。找了很久却没有。我不敢自作主张，便问她洗洁精在哪里。她说没有，我心里想：怎么这么小气?嘴上却问："那怎么能洗干净?"她解释道：一般不太脏的，用水洗就好了，如果实在洗不干净的，水池下面有碱块，可以弄碎一点点洗。这样洗得很累，不像洗洁精，不用什么力气就洗得干干净净。她在一旁看着我如此费力，就笑了："那些个精呀怪的，洗得是快，但不见得好，就算不说对环境的影响，长期那么用，油是洗掉了，可碗上留着多少洗洁精啊?何况那些东西排到地下，想想都觉得不舒服啊，住在这边是没有什么优越的享受，就是自然。看着自然，活得自然呵……"

是啊，那样美的天，那样美的景，哪里是都市的繁忙与热闹所能媲美的呢?很多人说西藏的天空蓝得可以让人忘记了呼吸，我没有去过。但我想，曾经，哪里的天不都应该是一样的蓝，一样的纯净?

晚上，我坐在小床上看电视，白天日光下的小小暖意渐渐褪去，两层挺厚的被子也不能赶走冷意。我环顾四壁，目光停留在一个东西上，心中窃喜，我不好意思直接问她空调能不能开，我就问还有没有被子了。没想到她真的又抱来一床被子，她说："你先盖着，要是还冷，我就给你开空调。"她又补充说，"这是儿子给我买的，一开始不知道，后来一算，这玩意用1个半小时就是1度电，虽然1度电就5毛多，重要的是排到空气里的都是些什么!"我有点惊愕，不是生气于她的"斤斤计较"，是对一个如此质朴的人的言语和行为的敬重。我想不止值得我一个敬重罢。

第二天中午吃完午饭，我回来了，带着深深的思考。

她说不清洗洁精到底排入地下有哪些不好，说不清使用空调到底会排放到大气中什么东西，应该更不知道"臭氧层空洞"罢。我知道，同我一样知道的人还有很多，但是，当我们看到她那么做，听到她那么说，我们还有什么资本去炫耀，又能炫耀我们的什么呢?我们既然更清楚危害性，更知道严重性，我们又切实地做过什么证明我们并非无知吗?

as the famous russian litterateur lev tolstoy (列夫、托尔斯泰)said, “ideal is the beacon(烟火、灯塔). without ideal, there is no secure (无虑的, 安全的, 安心的, 可靠的, 保险的)direction; without a direction, there is no life.” so there’s no doubt that everyone needs his or her own ideal. have you ever thought that what is practical and sensible(.明智的, 有感觉的, 明理的) will connect with our most treasured dreams? maybe, to somebody, reality has little relation to ideal. to others nothing can be done without the sense of reality. so make our dreams a part of our reality. and make our reality a part of our dreams. there is no reason why our dreams must oppose our reality. improve our dreams and our reality by bringing them together.

as a university student, establishing a dream is one of the most important things we have to do .but everyone must see the reality clearly at first. your family condition, your personal ability, your social intercourse (交往、交流), your subject and the job you want to do, these things show you the reality and lead you to establish a dream.

further more, difficult or otherwise, we should put the power of reality into our dreams. last but not least remember to work hard at the task of chasing 追逐our dreams. do believe that we can achieve our ideal step by step by the passage of time!
