第2篇 非标设备开发项目岗位职责

1.有非标机械与电子专业知识,可使用soliderworks & cad,熟悉机构设计、传动机构、plc及电子电路相关知识;

2.有cable制程非标设备或大型非标机械厂项目管理及追踪经验者优先;*重要*

3.确认研发部门设计方案,检讨方案的有效与实现性,符合客户各参数指标需求;*重要*

4.了解焊接类线材加工制程,有市场资源讯息,了解线材焊接前沿设备加工制程设备使用;

5.参与客户方案样品与制程跟踪验证,并参与项项目审定前期工作;

6. 可熟练执行项目各部门衔接及进度管控;

7.有文件及资料的归档及收集整理能力;

8.定期核实项目执行性,并汇总报告至总经理室;

9.制定项目相关教材与组织人员培训;

10. 追踪确认新产品的设计、加工、组装、程序、验证及客户使用顺畅性;

11.有很好的沟通及执行力,对跨部门运作有相当知能与魄力;

12.为使项目管理工作更具时效性,对组织运作及结构性调整有相当的经验与建议;
