1. responsible for coordinating and supporting mc2-b/c and following projects (including sänfte) service business in china;

2. responsible for mc2-b/c projects (including sänfte) business poilcy, standardized writing, diagnostic tools and spare parts management policy issued and implemented;

3. responsible for mc2-b/c projects (including sänfte) business operating system development project coordination and management;

4. responsible for service business app management and system development (as the main contact between service and pdc developemt project);

5. responsible for the configuration of teleservice and iot, instructing branches to install and training the data survey staff;

6. responsible for following national laws and regulations to instruct branches' operation to fulfill the relevant requirement;

7. responsible for coordinating pci implementation in service department, including assessment of early stage, conducting training, coordinating material tranfer and record and follow up until completion.

8. responsible for dealing with major and long-time complaints (including sänfte);

9. responsible for managemnt and implementaion of service temperary pojects.

10. ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.

11. ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
