岗位职责:

1,公司客服热线电话接听、记录、处理,反馈至各相关部门,通过沟通建立客户相关信息,及时发现客户问题并给出正确和满意的回复,按时效考核。

2,配合开展各项调研工作,通过电话访问采集顾客信息,提交总结报告,按成功访谈数量、内容准确性考核。

3,客服月度报告制作,实时制定与更新客服数据分析模板,熟悉及挖掘客户需求,提交月度客服报告给相关部门,按时效性、内容准确性考核。

4,微博/微信客诉每日处理,具备沟通及疑难问题服务的意识跟能力,协调门店与消费者间的矛盾,最大限度地提高客户满意,遇到不能解决的问题按流程提交相关人员或主管处理,并跟踪进展直至圆满解决。

5,部门事务协助,与分公司crm专员协调沟通、解决处理日常售后问题;协助部门处理常规性的文员工作,执行临时新增的事务。

任职资格:

1,专科及以上学历;

2,有一定的营销意识和技巧,相关工作岗位2年以上经验;

3,普通话标准,口齿伶俐,懂得消费者心理,语言表达能力强,擅于沟通;

4,熟悉办公软件和网络工具;

5,有呼叫中心、客服中心、电话销售、互联网及电子商务工作经验者优先。
