第2篇 出口管理员岗位职责
岗位职责:
1.遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书;对自己的工作质量负责;正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施;进行持续的质量改进。
comply with quality policy, manual, procedure and all kinds of working instruction. take responsibility for the quality of the work done by yourself. be open for any quality mistakes, report errors and take preventive or corrective actions for any mistakes in your area of responsibility. contribute to continuous quality improvement.
2. 进出口业务import/export operation
•跟踪并管理进出口业务,包括运输及海关清关等。
track and manage import/export activities, including transportation and customs declaration;
•内部沟通并检查供应商或第三方提供的单据,协调货运代理完成原材料、工具设备以及产品的进出口业务
coordinate with internal departments to proceed perform check on documents provided by suppliers and/ or 3pl for import declaration. coordinate with freight forward and agency to proceed raw material, tools, machine import and finial product export activities
•及时准确地提供报关必需的文件,协助第三方物流公司顺利清关
assist 3pl to facilitate speedy customs clearance by providing 3pl necessary documents in a timely and accurate manner.
•准备货物运输相关的文件,如海关发票、装箱单等
prepares shipping documents e.g. export invoices, packing list for all outgoing shipments;
•处理紧急货物的进出口业务
handle some urgent import/export issues on customs clearance;
3. 加工贸易管理processing trade management
•管理和控制加工贸易相关工作;
manage and control processing trade maintenance;
• 准确及时的记录进出口货物信息
make accurate record for import & export r.m and f.g in time
4. supplier management 供应商管理
•与运输及报关代理保持良好的合作关系
maintain good relationship with customs declaration agent and forwarding companies
•监控运输及报关代理的服务质量
manage freight forwarders and customs brokers quality program including management reporting and competitive benchmarking
• 货损理赔control insurance claim operation
5.遵循公司精益生产和管理的方针政策,支持公司精益目标的达成。主要包括:
a)积极参加和支持精益改善活动,前瞻性的寻找改善机会,愿意将改善结果进行分享和推广。
b)营造和共建精益改善和6s的良好环境和氛围。
adhere to company lean manufacturing and management policies, support company lean target achievement. including:
a) participate and support lean activities actively, proactively looking for improvements, willing to share and extend improvement achievements.

6. 执行安全方针和政策,使之符合安全管理体系。包括:
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。
b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。
c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。
adhere to safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. including:
a) active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
b) report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
c) actively promote positive safety culture.
7. 公司代表安排的其他工作。
any other duties as assigned by the company representatives.
任职要求:
1. 大学专科或以上学历,贸易或相关专业;
college degree or above, major in business trading or equivalent
2. 1 年海关及物流相关工作经验
1 year of relevant customs & logistics experience
3. 了解物流相关知识更佳
knowledge of logistics is preferred
4. 熟练掌握英语,听、说、读、写;
thorough knowledge of the english language
5. 具有报关员证和商检证者更佳
custom clearance qualification and commodity inspection qualification are preferred.
6. 熟练使用计算机及其他办公设备
use of personal computer and office equipment, and familiar with office application.
7. 分析解决问题的能力
problem solving skills.

good communication skills.
