在北京教学中心具体负责课程拓展与招生工作,达致既定的招生收入业绩目标,提升所负责课程的知名度和美誉度。

工作职责:

1、深入学习理解所负责课程,分析制定所负责课程在华北地区的目标人群策略,制定合理的招生分解计划并有效实施招生分解计划;

2、通过有效的沟通跟进,成功招选符合香港大学space中国商业学院入学要求的学生,并完成既定的绩效任务:

1)组织执行所负责课程的开放日、咨询日等招生推广工作,讲解学院与课程介绍,并激发参与活动人员个人的报读意向;

2)高效跟进具有报读课程意向的各类潜在人员线索,通过有效的个人沟通(如书面、电话或面谈等方式)识别合格的申请人,促使合格意向人员申请报读所负责课程并成功缴纳学费;

3)根据学院招生录取规范,协助学员完成报读申请、面试、缴费、注册、赴港参加开学等各项工作。

3、制定所负责课程的推广计划,拓展推广合作资源,服从课程中心地区统筹主管的分工,负责执行相应的推广计划。

4、协助班级教务管理工作,做好所负责课程人脉圈经营,推动所负责课程的提升教学品质,创造口碑,争取得到更多的学员推荐报读:

1)担任招生班主任,与教务班主任配合,选拔班委,组织分享日、参访日等学员班级活动,增强班级凝聚力;

2)按照学院的教学规章制度严格管理班级,配合教务班主任,在所负责课程班级树立良好学风。

5、根据教学中心值班安排进行带班工作,有效填写值班日志,确保课程顺利进行,及时反馈教学双方意见,协助处理教学管理的各类危机事件。

6、上级交办的其它事宜。

this role of bd specialist`s main responsibilities include but not limited to: identifying and incubating business interests and opportunities for customers around beijing area. the role is expected to provide business development strategic and sales support to various product lines by study the region market and business environment situation.

ii. responsibility and authority

1. collect and analyze potential client information and competition information;

2. effectively communicate with target client by telephone, visit, meeting, marketing events and other approaches to understand customer needs, look for business opportunities;

1. college degree or above, more than 5 years working experiences in sales, towards multinational company, large local company or e-commerce company is preferred.

2. a sound understanding of client requirements, market trend and industrial competitors

3. excellent interpersonal communication skills with both clients and internal departments;

4. good presentation skills;

5. microsoft office skills including ppt proficiency;

6. good command of english;

7. responsible, self-motivated, positive working attitude and team-work player.

岗位职责:

1. 通过各种渠道收集土地项目信息;

2. 进行地块现场勘踏,负责土地可行性研究报告及投资测算分析;

3. 协助部门领导参加三旧改造、并购、合作开发等项目的前期谈判,撰写相关合同协议;
